Traveling Dragon Spear – Part 17

REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENT AT THE WEAPON COURSE

Traveling Dragon Spear

Participants at the Weapon Course were not tired even after a few hours of vigorous training

Before the course, many participants were apprehensive that they had to learn three weapon sets in a few days. Could they do it? Many of them had not even held a weapon before.

But they were presently surprised that not only they learned the sets in record them, they could perform the patterns in ways that many other practitioners with many years of experience could not. Our course participants, for example, undersoodd the three harmonies of feet, body and hands that enabled them not only not to sustain injuries from their training but also attain maximum result with minimum effort.

They also learned and practiced combat applications of basic patterns so that their performance became meaningful to them. They could relax and generate an energy flow in their peformance so that they were not tired even after some hours of vigorous practice.
