If you watch a performance of the “Cross-Roads at Four Gates” set, you may not be impressed as it is simple in its demonstration. But its combat application is amazing. It can be appreciated at different levels of profundity.

This set was the fundamental set at the southern Shaolin Temple. Its combat application was recorded as secrets hidden in the open on the temple walls.
